In the process, Xpert Billing Professional tracks every job copied, printed, faxed or scanned-quickly, completely and accurately-giving you immediate access to useful, readable data.

Since Xpert Billing Professional manages the user and account database for each printer, you can track usage for client billing purposes-even restrict usage to authorized users. What's more, Xpert Billing Professional creates a file summary by account number so that every aspect of every job is assigned to the proper customer. No mix ups. No hassles.
- LDAP Synchronization.
Customers that have implemented LDAP / Microsoft Active Directory can keep their Xpert Billing User information synchronized with the LDAP server. This allows a user to maintain their user information in one source and reduces the administrative tasks of adding and removing users. Quotas can be created for a user or account based on black and white impressions, color impressions, or dollar amount with automated quota resets. When a user or account is within a specified percent of their quota, Xpert Billing Professional will generate an email to notify them.
